Drop the Role – Invest in You

Not a role. This is true. My objective is real transformation. I am Cristian Erives, a healer, a creative being, a health guide, a certified Personal Trainer, and a Native of the land both blood and soul. I study the mind. I have studied my mind to help myself heal and grow. The divine sent me on the journey of my life. The journey of teaching and sharing the truth and knowledge that has worked for my healing and growth as a human being.

I have a body just like you. We may look different, feel different, smell different, and move differently but I have a body just like you. I have a brain. You have a brain. We have lived our lives and our brains have soaked up opinions, beliefs, and laws that govern how we see ourselves and who we think we are. Decades pass and you have adopted a certain way of living, of thinking, of moving in the World. Further and more true, you are the awareness behind this person who is moving their body and focusing their mind on an objective. This is the tangible work. The work that you do with your physical body and mind. The ratio between them depends on the length of time and the amount of repetitions. When allow our habits to compound, the mind begins to drop behind the scenes and the body will retain the memory of how to perform a certain function to complete the objective.

  1. When we develop habits, (good or bad) the mind gets a response from our physical body (5 senses) that relays the information back to the brain, and the brain releases the feeling associated with your actions. You are in the same state of emotions due to the same actions and same way of thinking.
    1. How can we begin to think new thoughts and recreate how we feel about ourselves and the world around us? try new things, new experiences, new opportunities, new habits, and new ways of talking to yourself to shift your whole world around. You have the power to change the perception and create your masterpiece of life from the inside out.
  2. Time x Reps = a new habit formed, constant evolution in body and mind because of the habit and the effects associated. EVERYTHING IS CONNECTED. These are the keys. Keep it simple. Don’t play games with yourself. One day at a time. Growth centered on love, not hate and belittlement. You are a king. You are a Queen. No matter what happened, what you believe, what you have done. Flip it and never look back.
  3. Habits are uncomfortable in the beginning and some will Always carry a level of discomfort at a level that only you can determine. This level is yours to own. You are on your path at your pace, doing what you want and not what you are forced to do. Raise your standard and stay true.
    1. Working out will always bring a level of discomfort. You are supposed to PUSH and PULL and MOVE and BEND and STRETCH and CONNECT and BALANCE and TRANSFORM the body according to your agenda.
      1. The body and mind change every day. We are never in a state of complete stillness. There is always movement. The reality is, the body and mind will grow or it will decay But it will never stay the same. Therefore, you have two options, sit and wait for your body to tell you what you can do for the rest of your life, or you can take control of it and help it Help you!

This life is precious. Take the time to think about what it would mean to you if you could:

  1. Play with your grandkids as you reach older age.
  2. Take trips that require you to use your body. We are privileged to have so many accessible sites and activities in modern society but there are many worlds out there that you are missing. These beautiful places do not have elevators and parking. Open your eyes to the long-term and appreciate the opportunity to live now! What can you do now? Do it!!!!!! Build. Brick after Brick
  3. What if you could change the way you think feel and treat yourself? Would that be enough for you? Your whole perspective and world changed because we have the power to change.
    1. What do you need? A commitment to your child self and adult present self. You will do the work. You will change your life for the better. I will make the way. I will help you reach. ************************************************************************
    2. Courage to keep trying. Over and over again we create through our action. Keep doing the work. Faith is believing things that can not be seen as if they were already here.
      1. If you are a healthy person: you eat an apple a day, you walk around the block, you take care of yourself.
      2. ***if you are a happy person: you smile throughout the day, you do things that make you smile, you seek an opportunity in a day and maybe you only get to one! But you were looking for it and you got it!

Do not let your mind fuck you up! Do not let things that are out of your control infect and overtake your mind. Do not let the idea of perfection ruin the moments of your life. Stand up. Yes, we fall. Yes, it’s hard. SO WHAT. All you have to do is try. You must see that you can shape your life but you have to drop the role! The role that you are bound to a certain way of living and feeling. You have to do what you love! You have to have faith in yourself and even if you don’t at first, ACT! We put in the work. We show up we learn to battle the lies we tell ourselves and the lies and dreams of others. You are born of the divine. You are capable of change and growth. No matter where you are at, TRUST.
