How to improve your life: Do battle with your mind.

If the body has been conditioned to be the mind, anything that goes outside of this will scare us into getting back to the past. The same thoughts result in the same feelings and behavior, but in reality, it is just familiar.

We must become conscious of our thoughts and how we regulate our minds and body.

Objective Consciousness. We are the thoughts we have. We think we are what our body feels like. When we do the same thing repeatedly, we believe the same things and live the same life.

We are connected to the force of life. We have free will to choose the life we desire.

Everything physical is small compared to mental and conscious awareness.

The brain, without Consciousness, is a puppet.

Mind is the product of Consciousness manipulating the neural networks in the brain.

WE HAVE THE POWER TO CHOOSE. EXPRESS YOURSELF. LIVE YOUR LIFE. WHAT DO YOU DESIRE? WHAT DOES YOUR BODY DESIRE. WHAT CONSCIOUSNESS HAVE YOU GIVEN UP?

If you can change how you think about yourself and act differently, you align with the opportunities on those planes.

Some people let their outer reality define their Personal Reality.

You are not a victim. You are the creator of your life. We can place our attention on every one thing.

The brain is the organ with the greatest number of neurons in one place in the body.

The mind operates when the brain is aligned and healthy.

The conscious mind can find endless potential.

Awareness and Consciousness are how we change the thoughts and the beliefs we hold about what is possible and about who we are. If you are living in survival, you can be victimized because of “this and that person, and this environment, OR You can choose to become a creator of your life. You can complain and fall into the moment and let it consume you, or you can remember who you are and you can recite who you are going to be and what things you are going to execute.

  • let me walk in the state of being a successful people
  • Meditate standing, walking, and laying down, and take the present moment with you repeatedly. You are putting in the work. You are bringing peace to yourself. Only you can do that. I am not a victim. I am a creator.
  • Whatever threatens you, threaten it back.
    • Battle with indifference
    • It’s easy to relax→. The trick is not too long.
    • Indecision→ Get those decisions made. Don’t wait too long before you make those decisions.
    • Doubt→ Don’t pick up all those doubts. I’m asking you not to pick up all that doubt.
  • If I can grow, you can grow. If I can develop, you can develop.
    • Anyone can grow. Choose to grow.
  • Worry → Drive it into a small corner. Do it with action over and over.
  • Battles with the mind. The glass is half-empty and half-full. Anyone can see that it’s not rainbows always but don’t be a pessimist.
    • Don’t be pessimistic. Learn from your experiences. Make another call. Do it again. Try again. Stop moping around. Take massive action.
    • Don’t be lazy in learning. This life is more mental than it is physical. Pick up the books. Pour it on. Don’t let temptation get the best of you. Plan and execute. You have all that it takes inside of you.

Set the goals that will make something of you to achieve. You’re only 20-30 years old. Start now. The person you become will be worth much more than anything you could buy. Keep your goals high, and don’t go for something that will cost you your values and morals. Demand of yourself excellent results.

If you want a great mind, you must work on your mind; you must focus your mind. Society does not demand that you improve your health, but if you want to good health, you must demand it of yourself. Society does not demand that you make money, but if you’re going to make more significant amounts of money to improve your life and the lives of others, you must demand it of yourself. Make a decision. Indecision will rob you of your life.

Self-confidence comes from feeling good about yourself.

To feel good about yourself, you must pour it on. Do the disciplines. Do the walking, do the proper eating, do the work hard in the gym. Keep reaching—the willingness to do the work for the life long. If you have to learn a few things in books, I will read the book. If I have to consult with people to learn the skills, then I will do those things. Overcome all circumstances. If you are willing to do what it takes, then you will become who you want to become.

“The key to your better future is you. You will come to help yourself—the better, more disciplined, and hard-working self. “
