As we grow and transform our bodies, we change the thought patterns from the past version of ourselves. There is a shift in how you see yourself, how you feel about yourself, and how you think to yourself.

    • Awareness is the ultimate key. What is awareness? Example:
      • The ability to notice an emotion rise out of interaction and not react to the external stimulus but rather understand or simply observe and not take personally what is given.

      • Removing lies about yourself. As limiting thoughts come around, you catch yourself! You correct the behavior, correct the thought, and redirect your attention to being here alive, powerful, and present.
        • One of the most potent psychological triggers and perceived limitations that people have started when they are a child. The environment, the family dynamic, and role models (good and bad) shaped what you grew up to believe.
