“Look at me now.” Step by step. Patience. This is a journey; creating your world from the inside out does not happen without determination and a will far greater than the influence of the life outside of you.
There comes a point when you realize that only you can do the work. Some keep knocking at the door of their life potential and others never know the feeling of true alignment and fulfillment.
The mind has been misunderstood since the beginning works of psychology, medicine, and everyday life. The mind creates the world that you know through your everyday life habits, environment, and associations.
- When we engage and discipline ourselves to focus and perform difficult tasks for the body and the mind, we stretch what the mind thought was possible. With the increasing years of practice what we believe changes, how we see ourselves changes, and what we think is possible changes. The hard truth is that we are in constant change. The world never stops and neither does our growth or decline.
- Likewise, when we reside in comfort and ease, the body and mind will learn that there is nothing to focus on. There is nothing to sharpen your skills with. Without goals, we will never set our eyes outside of immediate gratification. Without discipline and consistency, no amount of dreaming and planning will create what your heart, mind, and soul seek.
The Pillars of Life: What have you done so far?
- Do you eat foods that sustain the energy that you produce? Are you eating natural and fresh foods?
- Until we have begun to respect what we put in our bodies, our health, energy, and recovery are not supported—this isn’t about perfection. This is about the vital and life-changing truth: we are significantly transformed by what we eat and drink.
- Not in the micro, the macro. The daily for you, is why you are getting the results you are getting. RATIO. The right formula will compound your efforts over your lifetime.
- Body-Mind Movement. What is your relationship with your body? Are you Listening?
- Black and white. Disease is prominent in those who do not move their body daily. The sedentary are forever vulnerable to the compounding effects of Poor Habits and Lifestyle.
- The heart must be stretched and used! Otherwise, it will not need to remain or become strong.
- The Lungs connect to the Heart (via the Pulmonary Artery). In a tunnel, we receive all the deoxygenated Blood and send it to the lungs. In the lungs, with an inhale, we fill the blood with Oxygen, and with a powerful contraction of the heart, we send LIFE into our bodies once again to power our energy centers. Breathe.
- Bigger than an inhale. Meditation is a foundation for life. You are brought back to your consciousness. You are aware that you shape the perception. You learn to center yourself from the inside out. You learn that there is an inside. You learn that you have everything you need inside you now.
- 10 minutes a day. Keep showing up. Keep breathing no matter what your mind and body say to you.
- Start by lying down or standing (Close your eyes) and feel your breath travel into the deep belly and feel the increased pressure at the top of the inhale. Hold, 1, 2 ….let go… We can only control ourselves. No one outside of you has control over you. Each is a captain of their souls. The breath teaches you to relax and align yourself with powerful intentions regardless of what the exterior or interior is presenting.
- The only benefit to be gained will be in coordination with your discipline to sit down, lay down, stand up, and do the work.
- The Muscular System (the part people see) and soft tissue networking.
- People love to look good. They want to be strong, they want to have stamina and they want to be capable. Day by day we develop ourselves.
- Do you want a great physic and healthy body? Show up to work.
